The hotel is in a great location in the historic South Street Seaport area. The beds are super comfortable and I found the air conditioning system in the room to be one of the best I have ever used. The bathroom was great. I had a large shower and double sinks, and the front desk offered complimentary bottled water each day.

The gym was very small, and ventilation was not good, so it was difficult for more than one person to use it at a time.

The hotel looked well maintained with modern decorations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tommy, the doorman. The location was convenient with great restaurants nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the available pour-over coffee in the room. The bathroom included a large shower and double sinks. Bottled water was provided daily.

I experienced a slight issue. My room faced internally, offering little natural light from the small window.

I enjoyed a quiet room with an excellent brooklyn bridge view. the housekeeping service was daily and of high quality! i liked the attentive staff from the front desk to the bellboy. everyone created a warm, cute atmosphere. It was a great experience.

the stairs between the elevators needed railings. i nearly fell a couple of times! it would improve safety considerably.

The room included a real coffee maker. The bar service was excellent and the cocktails were well prepared. I especially enjoyed the amuse bouche and short chat I had with the chef. The front desk staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

The room faced internally and had little natural light. The sheer curtain reduced the amount of light further. I had to keep the curtain closed due to the proximity to other rooms. This.

The room I booked was not up to standard. The thermostat did not function adequately. I informed the front desk, yet the issue persisted throughout my stay. There was a noticeable lack of attention. The minibar was sparsely stocked on arrival. The promised turndown service was inconsistent. This was an oversight for which I received no apology.
